WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing Dubai Scooter Service. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. Please review our return and refund policy outlined below:

• Warranty for purchased items
  The products / parts purchased from Dubai Scooter Service are covered by a 3-month local warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues due to manufacturing defects within this period, the defective part will be replaced by a new one. If the exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued for the defective item.

• Return of purchased items
  The purchased item may be returned without questions under the following conditions:
  - The part is in original new condition (not used)
  - The return is made within 2 weeks after the date of purchase.
  For returns and refunds please visit our service shop located in Dubai. Our team will assist you in processing the return and guide you through the few necessary steps.

• Note for complex electronic parts
  For complex electronic parts such as controllers, dashboards, or batteries, the warranty is void if there are any signs of tampering, opening, wire cutting, any electric shortcut marks or smell or the warranty protection sticker is damaged. We highly encourage you to let our technicians install the electronic parts to ensure a proper and safe function of the scooter.  Dubai Scooter Service is not responsible for e-scooter performance and safety if the part is installed by the customer or third-party workshop.

• Packaging and shipping
  The defective parts can be returned without packaging. The good parts must be returned in original packaging and must include all accessories originally provided with the product. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process, if he does not want to bring the item to Dubai Scooter Service shop.
