  • Warranty for Purchased Items
    All products purchased from Dubai Scooter Service are covered by a 3-month local warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues due to manufacturing defects within this period, the defective part will be replaced by a new one. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued for the defective item.

  • Return of Mechanic Parts
    Mechanical parts may be returned under the following conditions:
    The part is in original new condition.
    The return is made within 2 weeks after the date of purchase.
    To return a mechanical part, please visit our service shop located in Dubai. Our team will assist you in processing the return and guide you through the necessary steps.

  • Warranty for Complex Electronic Parts
    For complex electronic parts such as controllers, dashboards, or batteries, the warranty is applicable if these items are installed in our workshop and the warranty protection sticker is intact and not tampered with. This ensures proper installation and functionality of these intricate components. 

  • Conditions for Returns and Refunds
    Products must be returned in their original packaging.
    Returns must include all accessories originally provided with the product.
    The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process, if he does not want to bring the item to Dubai Scooter Service shop.
