• Warranty for Purchased Items
  The products purchased from Dubai Scooter Service are covered by a 3-month local warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues due to manufacturing defects within this period, the defective part will be replaced by a new one. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued for the defective item.

• Return of Mechanic Parts
  Good mechanical parts may be returned without questions under the following conditions:
  The part is in original new condition.
  The return is made within 2 weeks after the date of purchase.
  To return a mechanical part, please visit our service shop located in Dubai. Our team will assist you in processing the return and guide you through the necessary steps.

• Warranty for Complex Electronic Parts
  For complex electronic parts such as controllers, dashboards, or batteries, the warranty is applicable ONLY if these items are installed in our workshop and the warranty protection sticker is intact and not tampered with. This ensures proper installation and functionality of these intricate components. The warranty does not apply if the electronic part is installed by the customer or third-party shop. The customers may request testing the purchased part before leaving the shop to make sure it is in perfect working state.

• Conditions for Returns and Refunds
  The defective parts can be returned without packaging. The good parts must be returned in original packaging and must include all accessories originally provided with the product. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process, if he does not want to bring the item to Dubai Scooter Service shop.
